Crystal Formation
- Naturally forms in underground veins
- Must be refined by Crystalarchs for use
- Cannot be artificially created
- Typically hand-sized crystals

Usage Rules
General Guidelines
- Only one crystal can be actively used at a time
- Crystal grade must match or be lower than user's soul grade
- Effects do not stack with other mana regeneration bonuses
- Crystal must be within 5 feet of user to function
- Crystals can be shared but not simultaneously
Meditation Requirements
To gain meditation bonus:
- Must maintain complete focus
- Cannot move or take actions
- Must be in physical contact with crystal
- Environment must be quiet and calm
- Minimum 1 hour meditation session
